The 19th Annual Veterans Hunt Will Be
Sept. 27 to 30, 2024
History of the Hunt
What started in 2005 with two disabled (agent orange ) Vietnam veterans out on a free pheasant hunt, has taken us to serving over 350 Veterans, LEO and First responders each September.
We are a 501(c)(3) organization that offers a completely free, fully guided pheasant hunt for veterans and first responders. Our program is 100% volunteer based and we rely on donations and fundraising events to accomplish our mission each year. The Mission? To Honor and Serve those that have given so much of themselves to protect and serve our country and local communities.

Testimonials
“ "It’s truly a good time for not only the hunters but those folks that serve the hunters. Many times I’ll see veterans from the Vietnam war donating their time and efforts and not even hunting. They get it. The comraderie built around the friendliness and the great therapies of good food, a great hunt and bird dogs is the best of things for veterans and everyone else associated with this fine enterprise!"”

“ "I have lived in Northern Mi all my life. When I lost the ability to use my legs I lost more than that. I lost part of my identity. This has given me new hope. Thanks Steven Brett Retired/disabled Parole Officer for over 20 years."”

“ "Hunting and the outdoors is a huge form of therapy for me. This hunt has brought me a ton of great friends, and great memories. I look forward to it every year."”
